What we do
Behaviour Change Consulting (BCC) specialises in providing a range of services and support in relation to management and organisational change in organisations providing services to people with disability including clinical governance, quality, audit and safeguarding issues, strategic planning, family governance and staff development, mentoring and training.
BCC can provide its services nationally with a specific focus and interest on regional and remote areas. BCC will always ensure that the advice and support provided is in alignment with the principles of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and with The National Framework on Quality and Safeguarding.
The National Quality and Safeguarding Framework is designed to ensure high quality supports and safe environments for all NDIS participants. It seeks to help participants and providers access information and resolve issues quickly, and strengthen the capability of participants, the workforce and providers to participate in the NDIS market.
What we do
BCC offers practiced and researched advice and support to disability service
providers, including schools, in establishing quality and cost-effective disability services in alignment with
the principles of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
During this period of disruption to the disability services sector following the roll out of
the NDIS, BCC can assist disability service providers to:
- understand and define where change in their organisation is required and align it
to the strategic/business goals and to the NDIS;
- determine the likely impacts and the stakeholders affected by these changes;
- Develop a communication strategy to explain the changes required to all
- Provide training to staff to teach the skills and knowledge required to operate
efficiently as changes are implemented;
- Design a support structure to assist employees to adjust to the change and to
build proficiency of behaviours and technical skills needed to achieve desired
